See what you wrote [AAA] above.

The article you quoted says quite clearly:

"In its current state, the bill would not prohibit the use of
already existing DJI drones in the Unite States, just the sale
of future products, accessories, and software."

The other statements your refer to are "fear" statements - not the
intent of the law.
